Portuguese businessman Joao de Sa Nogueira established the Mexican mining operation in 2008.
Mr. Nogueira is the founder of several marine companies including Radiance Shipping Line, and Radiant Shipping Lines. His involvement in the Marine RoRo freight sector gave him many contacts in Mexico which lead to founding American Mine Enterprises, Inc. in 2008 followed by American Mine Enterprises Trading, LLC in 2010, AMEenergy, LLC in 2011, MobilePortDockingSystem in 2012 and AMEproppants in 2015.
